Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Easy Loan collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you use our website, member portal, mobile application and loan-related services.

1. About this policy

ALL WIN FINANCE GROUP PTY LTD, trading through the Easy Loan brand (“Easy Loan”, “we”, “us” or “our”), provides loan information, enquiry, application support, member portal, property and related services in Australia. This Privacy Policy applies to our website, mobile application, member portal and the services we provide through them (together, the “Services”).

We are committed to handling personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply to us. This policy should be read together with any collection notice shown when we ask you for particular information.

2. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the Services and may include:

  • Account and contact information: name, email address, telephone number, profile image, login details and account preferences.
  • Identity and application information: date of birth, residential address, identity documents and other details reasonably required to verify your identity or support an enquiry or application.
  • Financial and lending information: employment, income, expenses, assets, liabilities, credit or loan requirements, property details, supporting documents and application status.
  • Communications and content: enquiries, form submissions, messages, feedback, uploaded files and records of our communications with you.
  • Transaction information: payment, billing, order, commission or reward information where a paid or account-based feature is used. Payment providers may collect payment card details directly under their own privacy policies.
  • Location and property search information: an address, suburb, map position or device location where you choose to provide it or permit location access.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages and features used, access times, diagnostic information, cookies and similar technologies.
  • Google user data: the limited account information described in section 5 when you choose to connect a Google account or use a Google-powered feature.

If you provide personal information about another person, you must have authority to do so and, where appropriate, make this policy available to them.

3. How we collect information

We collect information:

  • directly from you when you register, sign in, complete a form, upload a document, contact us or use the Services;
  • automatically from your browser or device when you use the Services;
  • from people you authorise, such as a broker, representative, joint applicant or referrer;
  • from lenders, service providers, property-related parties and publicly available sources where permitted; and
  • from third-party platforms, including Google, when you direct or authorise the platform to provide information to us.

You may interact with us anonymously or under a pseudonym where it is lawful and practicable. However, we may be unable to provide account, application or regulated financial services without information needed to identify you and assess your request.

4. How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  • create, secure and administer your account;
  • respond to enquiries and provide the Services you request;
  • help prepare, submit, manage or communicate about loan and property-related enquiries or applications;
  • communicate with you about service updates, applications, transactions, support and security;
  • personalise and improve the functionality, reliability and usability of the Services;
  • process payments, commissions or rewards where relevant;
  • detect, investigate and prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents and other unlawful activity;
  • keep business, legal, tax, audit and compliance records; and
  • comply with law, regulatory obligations and lawful requests.

We may also use information for another purpose that is disclosed at the time of collection, that you consent to, or that is otherwise permitted or required by law.

5. Google user data

Some features may use Google services, including Google Sign-In, Google Maps or Google Places. If you choose to connect a Google account, we access only the information and permissions shown on the Google consent screen. Depending on the feature and permission you approve, this may include your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile image. We do not receive your Google password.

Google user data is used only to:

  • authenticate you and link the correct Easy Loan account;
  • display account information you have chosen to share;
  • provide the Google-connected feature you requested; and
  • maintain the security and reliability of those features.

Easy Loan's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke Easy Loan's Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions. Revoking access stops future access but does not automatically delete information already stored by Easy Loan. You may request deletion as described in section 10.

Address searches and maps may be processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We may disclose personal information to:

  • lenders, mortgage or finance brokers, aggregators, valuers, insurers, solicitors and other parties involved in a service or application you request;
  • technology, cloud hosting, storage, communications, analytics, identity, security, customer support and payment service providers;
  • our employees, contractors, advisers and related entities who need the information to perform their duties;
  • another party to a proposed or completed business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements;
  • regulators, courts, law enforcement and government bodies where required or authorised by law; and
  • any other person where you direct us or give consent.

We do not sell personal information. We require service providers to handle personal information only for the services they provide to us and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

7. Overseas processing

Some of our technology and cloud service providers may store or process personal information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries in which those providers operate. Locations may change as providers update their infrastructure. Where Australian privacy law requires it, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information consistently with applicable Australian privacy requirements.

8. Marketing choices

With your consent or where permitted by law, we may send information about market updates, loan or property opportunities and related services. You can opt out using the unsubscribe option in a message or by contacting us. We may still send non-marketing messages needed to operate your account or provide a requested service.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies or local storage may prevent account and security features from working correctly.

9. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, monitoring, backups and staff or provider confidentiality controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, to provide the Services, resolve disputes and meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, destroy or de-identify it, subject to lawful backup and retention requirements.

10. Access, correction and deletion

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you. You may also request deletion of your account or information, subject to information we must or are permitted to retain by law. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You can update some account details through the member portal or application. To delete an account in the mobile application, follow our account deletion instructions. You may also email admin@all-win-finance.com.au with the subject “Privacy request”.

If we cannot provide access, correction or deletion, we will explain why where required and tell you about available complaint options.

11. Privacy complaints

Please send a written complaint to our contact details below and include enough detail for us to investigate. We will acknowledge and assess the complaint and aim to respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

12. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without the involvement of a parent, guardian or authorised representative where required. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authority, please contact us.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our Services, data practices or legal obligations. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If a material change affects how we use Google user data or other personal information, we will provide additional notice and seek consent where required before using the information for a new purpose.
